Dr. Nathan Grinder has been an avid athlete throughout his life. He completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic with honors from the prestigious Life Chiropractic College West outside of San Francisco. Before chiropractic school, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Central Washington University.

His passion for human performance drove him to study to become a chiropractor. He strives to understand then help others improve on the potential of their body. He incorporates chiropractic care, nutrition, and exercise for optimal performance and health. His chiropractic treatment areas of emphasis are in sports rehab, functional nutrition, corrective care, and pain relief.

Dr. Grinder comes from the small town of Rainier, WA. While visiting during school, he fell in love with Phoenix, its lifestyle, and the amazing people. He joined BackFit Health + Spine after seeing their cutting edge integrative approach.

When Dr. Grinder isn’t seeing patients at the South Chandler clinic, he loves spending time with his family, playing sports, and studying the newest chiropractic techniques.
