Dr. Kyle Mroczek was born and raised in small-town, Columbus, Nebraska. He was a three-sport athlete throughout high school (football, basketball, soccer) who always had an appreciation and fascination with the abilities the human body could accomplish.

It was in his high school anatomy class where he was formally introduced to the chiropractic profession, by his now mentor, Dr. Randy Hinze, DC. Dr. Kyle was immediately drawn to the chiropractic philosophy of treating the root cause of pain and illness rather than treating the symptoms.

This led him to some core questions: is there a common denominator that causes an athlete to perform better or prevent/cause injury, is there a common cause why some people become more ill than others, or some deal with chronic pain vs. others? The answer was chiropractic misalignments or lack thereof.

In his spare time, Dr. Kyle enjoys hiking, biking, being outdoors, and hanging out with family and friends.
