Bridgit Danner is a passionate acupuncturist with a background in natural medicine and a commitment to empowering women to achieve optimal health. Her interest in environmental wellness began with a focus on environmental activism at a young age, leading her to explore holistic approaches to healing. Bridgit is a licensed acupuncturist (LAc) with a Master of Oriental Medicine (MaOM) from the International Institute of Chinese Medicine.  She is also a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), allowing her to combine traditional acupuncture techniques with a functional medicine approach to address the root causes of health concerns.

Bridgit has extensive training in treating pain and injuries, fertility issues, women’s health, thyroid dysfunction, and IBS.  She thrives in collaborative environments, which is what drew her to the team at BackFit.

When she’s not at the clinic, Bridgit enjoys an active lifestyle with hiking, biking, golfing, and pickleball.  A dedicated family person, she has a son, two dogs, and a unique companion – a Sonoran desert tortoise!  Her internship at Chengdu Teaching College in Sichuan, China further enriched her understanding of traditional Chinese medicine.
