Nicole Smith, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC is an accomplished and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University before completing her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Nicole then pursued specialty training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through Wilkes University.

Licensed as both an FNP and PMHNP, Nicole demonstrates passion and talent in caring for patients across family practice and mental health settings. She is driven by a desire to make meaningful connections, empower patients, and guide them towards improved wellbeing. Nicole chooses to uplift those around her through quality care and compassion.

Nicole maintains professional memberships with the American Psychiatric Nurse Association and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She pursues ongoing learning opportunities to expand her expertise and offer innovative treatments. Outside of patient care, Nicole applies her creative talents towards fashion design, special effects makeup artistry, and prosthetic creation.
